Tap [Event] in the TATTA app and check if [OSAKA MARATHON 2027 Virtual Race powered by TATTA] is displayed. If it is, you are all set! (This will be reflected on the same day, once you enter the race.)

Step5Open "TATTA" on your smartphone and run during the race period; your distance will be counted.

Start TATTA during the race period and tap [Start] to run. After your run, tap [■] [End], and then [Save].
This will save the distance you run.

  2. Tap ① at the top of the screen to display the list of ② events.

Event Application Terms and Conditions

※Participants must agree to the following terms before applying.

This event is organized by Osaka Marathon Foundation, co-organized by the R-bies Sports Foundation, and operated by R-bies Co., Ltd. Hereinafter, Osaka Marathon Foundation and the R-bies Sports Foundation are collectively referred to as the “Organizers, etc.”

  1. Changes and Cancellations After Registration

    Participants may not change their event category, cancel their registration, transfer their eligibility or participation rights, or change the registered name after registration for personal reasons.
    In principle, participation fees and any other costs paid after registration will not be refunded if a participant is unable to participate for reasons not attributable to the Organizers, etc.
    However, if the event is canceled or its content is changed at the discretion of the Organizers, etc., the applicable handling of such matters shall be determined separately by the Organizers, etc.

  2. Running Locations and Safety

    Participants are responsible for ensuring their own safety and must select their running location, running time, and running method accordingly.
    When running, participants must comply with the Road Traffic Act and other applicable laws and regulations, traffic rules and etiquette, as well as the rules governing the use of parks, facilities, and other locations.

  3. Prohibition of Group Running

    Participants must not run in groups in a manner that compromises the safety of other users.
    When running with other people, participants must pay close attention to their surroundings and ensure a sufficient distance from other users and take all necessary precautions to ensure safety.

  4. Physical Condition

    Participants are responsible for maintaining adequate physical condition prior to participating in the event.
    If a participant experiences any illness, injury, or other abnormal symptoms while running, they must immediately stop running and consult a medical institution or other appropriate facility as necessary.

  5. Accidents, Injuries, and Other Incidents

    Participants shall participate in this event at their own risk.
    Except in cases involving willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Organizers, etc., the Organizers, etc. shall not be liable for any illness, injury, accident, incident, dispute with a third party, or other damage arising from participation in or running during the event.
    The Organizers, etc. do not provide or arrange accident or injury insurance for this event, and no such insurance coverage is provided through the event. Participants are responsible for obtaining their own insurance if necessary.

  6. Use of Photographs and Video Footage

    Participants acknowledge in advance that they may appear in photographs, videos, or other visual materials taken during the event.
    The Organizers, etc. may use such photographs and video footage free of charge for purposes including publicity, reporting, documentation, websites, RUNNET, social media, advertisements, and other media related to this event and future related events.
    Participants agree not to exercise any portrait rights or other personal rights in connection with the above-mentioned use by the Organizers, etc. However, participants with individual circumstances or concerns may contact the inquiry address below for consultation.
    If minors are participating in the event, it is recommended that consent be obtained from their parent or legal guardian.

  7. Handling of Personal Information

    Personal information collected by the Organizers and R-bies Co., Ltd. in connection with registration for and participation in this event will be appropriately managed and used in accordance with R-bies Co., Ltd.’s Privacy Policy and the “Handling of Personal Information for This Event.”
    Personal information will be used only to the extent necessary for the operation of this event, including providing information to participants, managing and notifying participants of results and records, sending participation benefits and other items, responding to inquiries, announcing results, providing information about future events and other related events, and communicating information concerning this event.
    Osaka Marathon Foundation may be provided with statistical information and aggregated data that cannot identify individuals, to the extent necessary for the operation of this event and the reporting of its results.

R-bies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) recognize the importance of personal information, strictly comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws, and appropriately handle such information under the following policy:

  1. Collection of Personal Information

    The Company will collect personal information by lawful and fair means.
    When collecting “Sensitive Personal Information,” the Company will obtain the individual’s consent in advance, except where otherwise permitted or required by law.

  2. Purposes of Use of Personal Information

    The personal information collected by the Company will be used primarily for the following purposes:

    1. Accepting registrations for races and events, verifying the identity of participants, and confirming eligibility for participation

    3. Managing race and event records, publishing results, and reporting outcomes
    4. Responding to inquiries, providing communications, and sending necessary information
    5. Operating and improving races and events and preparing statistical materials
    6. Providing information about future races, related events, and other services provided by the Company
    7. Providing personal information, to the extent necessary, to service providers entrusted by the Company with business operations
    8. Other purposes for which the individual has provided consent or that are otherwise permitted by law
    If personal information is used or provided to sponsors, cooperating organizations, or other third parties for the purpose of providing services or information, the Company will obtain the necessary consent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling

    The Company may outsource the handling of personal information, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use, to shipping companies, record-processing companies, system operation companies, and other business contractors.
    In such cases, the Company will appropriately select contractors and exercise appropriate supervision over them, including entering into necessary agreements regarding confidentiality obligations and the secure management of personal information.

  4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

    The Company will not provide personal information to any third party without obtaining the individual’s prior consent, except in the following cases:

    1. Where required by law or regulation
    2. Where it is necessary to protect a person’s life, physical safety, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent
    3. Where it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent
    4. Where cooperation is necessary for a national government agency, local government, or a party entrusted by such an organization to perform duties prescribed by law
    5. Other cases permitted by law or regulation
  5. Security Measures

    The Company will take necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
    The Company will also exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over employees and contractors who handle personal information.

  6. Disclosure and Other Requests Concerning Personal Information

    If an individual requests the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties of their personal information held by the Company, the Company will appropriately respond to such request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations after verifying the individual’s identity.
